Being a native Floridian and having lived in the Greater Tampa Bay area since 2004, I have a deep understanding of the area and local market conditions. Most weekends you'll find me paddle boarding, fishing, or spending time with my son in our beautiful sunny state. While we're always on the lookout for new local spots to try, our clients are always our number one priority. The years of experience I have in the mortgage industry, along with my Finance degree from Florida State University, really allow me to understand and assist borrowers with complex financial qualifications on a deeper level. As someone who's been in the mortgage industry for over 20 years, Maryanne has been a loan officer, loan processor, and is currently an underwriter. She's been married to her husband Gary for 17 years and has a teenage son. When not working, you'll find Maryanne enjoying watching her son playing hockey, traveling, going to the beach, and hanging out with family and friends.
