Being a native Floridian and having lived in the Greater Tampa Bay area since 2004, I have a deep understanding of the area and local market conditions. Most weekends you'll find me paddle boarding, fishing, or spending time with my son in our beautiful sunny state. While we're always on the lookout for new local spots to try, our clients are always our number one priority. The years of experience I have in the mortgage industry, along with my Finance degree from Florida State University, really allow me to understand and assist borrowers with complex financial qualifications on a deeper level. I truly love helping out all of our clients!

Sally’s goal is to organize and communicate all the documents needed to make the home buying process as smooth and clear as possible. With 20+ years of experience, Sally is an expert on loan processing and working on your documents as soon as they are available. When off duty, Sally can be found up at Lake Ossipee partaking in sunrise paddle rides at 5:00am and hearing about her two daughters’ adventures in Hawaii, but she is always ready to hop back on the computer whenever she is needed!

As a licensed loan processor with over 10 years experience, Stacey is energized by helping borrower maneuver the mortgage process and easing their anxieties. Stacey especially loves helping first-time borrowers in purchasing their new home. Outside of work you'll find Stacey hanging at the lake, ocean or river with her two amazing kids, and crazy dog. Stacey loves to travel anywhere and EVERYWHERE!

As a woman on many hats, accounts receivables, payables as well as assisting in daily operations, sales and processing. After spending 8 years in the financial industry, Kaila realized that mortgages would be a good fit for her. Taking the leap back in 2020 and never looking back. Kaila loves helping people. Saving hundreds on a refi or the best feeling in the world of buying a house. Helping other achieve their goals gives her a great motivation to help as many as she can. When not working you'll find Kaila spending time with her family, doing yoga, enjoying a cup of coffee, at the lake or beach!

As someone who's been in the mortgage industry for over 20 years, Maryanne has been a loan officer, loan processor, and is currently an underwriter. She's been married to her husband Gary for 17 years and has a teenage son. When not working, you'll find Maryanne enjoying watching her son playing hockey, traveling, going to the beach, and hanging out with family and friends.
