Being a native Floridian and having lived in the Greater Tampa Bay area since 2004, I have a deep understanding of the area and local market conditions. Most weekends you'll find me paddle boarding, fishing, or spending time with my son in our beautiful sunny state. While we're always on the lookout for new local spots to try, our clients are always our number one priority. The years of experience I have in the mortgage industry, along with my Finance degree from Florida State University, really allow me to understand and assist borrowers with complex financial qualifications on a deeper level. I truly love helping out all of our clients!
At Luminate Bank, we provide in-house underwriting, processing, and closing coordination. Our in-house underwriter has been
with the team for almost 20 years and provides consistency, flexibility and experienced feedback throughout the loan process. We work with all types of buyers from first-time home buyers to high-net-worth clients that may own multiple properties and are looking to add to their portfolio.
